PA State Budget Update 03.16.2020

Governor Wolf released his state budget proposal for FY 2020-21 in early February.

Many disability programs were level funded (CILs, AT, OVR) while others received additional funds for serving more people but no rate increases – Intellectual Disabilities (ID) / Autism, Mental Health, Community Health Choices (CHC), Early Intervention (EI), Special Education.
