“The following bills are likely to come up for a vote before the Health Committee on March 25th.
House Bill 2254, Requiring health care facilities, nursing homes, and assisted living residences to permit terminally ill medical marijuana patients to use the medical marijuana they’ve been prescribed while in the facility.
House Bill 2265, Requiring emergency rooms to be staffed with emergency physicians.
The committee will also likely consider House Bill 1077, related to continuity of care for students failing vision screenings, which was sent out for feedback last year.
