The House Transportation Committee will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in Room G50 Irvis Office Building. The purpose of this public hearing is to receive testimony related to HB 1633 (Kinkead) which provides for electric low-speed scooter programs and private ownership of these devices.

While the agenda for this public hearing is still being finalized, the committee is inviting any interested stakeholders to submit written testimony related to this issue or to provide feedback on HB 1633. Any written testimony received will be shared with the full committee and displayed on the committee’s public website. If you are aware of another organization that would be interested in providing written testimony or feedback on this issue, feel free to forward this email to that organization.
