Please see the attached schedule from PA DHS regarding Community Health Worker (CHW) Virtual Sessions, starting on 11/6 and ending on 12/12 this year.
There are sessions specific to CHWs, consumers, Managed Care (both Health Choices and Community Health Choices (CHC), including MCOs for both programs), Behavioral Health and County Providers, Hospital Associations, Behavioral Health MCO and Primary Care Contractors, and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs).
