“We are pleased to announce that Uptown Flats is now accepting applications. This is an exciting opportunity for income-eligible households to apply for one of 34 affordable units located at 1406 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 which is projected to open in August 2026.
Application Period: Applications for the initial lottery will be accepted beginning now through April 30, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Applications submitted outside of this window will not be entered in the lottery and assigned to a waitlist position based on the order they are received. Submission of an application does not guarantee housing.
