“Sharswood Crossing Phase III is a brand new affordable housing development that includes 224 housing units, retail space, and community amenities in the Sharswood neighborhood of Philadelphia. The residential component is made up of multi-family buildings, townhomes, and flats, with 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom units at a range of affordability levels. Unit amenities include open floor plans, oversized windows, and modern kitchens with dishwashers. We have nineteen (19) Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS) and twenty three (23) Hearing Vision Impaired (HVI) units to fill.
